It's no secret I'm not feeling particularly enthusiastic at the moment. If you know me I've undoubtedly whinged at you about it. It's really very dull, sorry.
Baking restores the soul, and nothing more than bread (successful bread, failed bread is just gutting).
So I made bread. Quick, tasty soda bread (recipe)
My Friday night was spent consuming fresh baked bread dripping in butter and drinking red wine.
I really shouldn't complain, life is filled with truly lovely things.
